Housing plays a critical role in safeguarding, wellbeing and early intervention. Our Housing training courses are designed to support housing professionals to confidently navigate the complex interface between housing, health and social care, strengthening practice in areas such as safeguarding, professional curiosity, legal duties and working with vulnerability. Grounded in current legislation and real‑world practice, these courses equip staff to identify risk, respond effectively and work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes for individuals, families and communities
Our Housing training recognises the increasingly complex role of housing services in responding to risk, vulnerability and inequality. Courses support staff to understand their statutory responsibilities, work lawfully and proportionately, and make informed, confident decisions at the point of contact. With a strong focus on prevention, strengths‑based practice and effective multi‑agency working, our training helps housing professionals to spot early warning signs, ask the right questions and take appropriate action, particularly where issues such as safeguarding, mental health, domestic abuse, homelessness and care and support needs intersect. All courses are practical, up to date and delivered by experienced practitioners who understand the realities of housing practice.
