Diversity Statement

Inclusion isn’t an add-on to our work — it sits at the heart of how we train, support and engage with people.

At Talking Life, diversity, equality and inclusion are central to how we work. We are committed to ensuring that our training, our team and our approach reflect the communities we serve.

This commitment shapes everything we do — from how we recruit, support and develop our trainers, to how we design and deliver inclusive, accessible training sessions. We actively work to create safe and respectful learning environments where everyone feels able to participate and be heard.

We are proud to work with an increasingly diverse team and continue to build this further, recognising the value that different perspectives and lived experiences bring to our work — particularly in areas such as mental health, trauma and safeguarding.

We are also a Disability Confident Employer and are committed to removing barriers, promoting inclusion and supporting individuals to thrive.

We know this is an ongoing journey, and we are committed to continually listening, learning and improving.

We welcome feedback on how we can continue to strengthen our approach and ensure our work remains inclusive for everyone.
