Andrew Gambrill is an independent practice educator with over 40 years of experience in social care. His professional background is in statutory social work with older people, but he has worked across all service groups throughout his career.
Andrew has been instrumental in the development of Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) and Practice Educators in training, serving as a Learning Development Officer for Social Care at a Local Authority. Last year, he spent time as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Warwick.
Andrew has written articles for Professional Social Work and has developed a number of theories in Practice Education. He is registered with Social Work England.
