Stress Awareness and Building Resilience in Times of Change
Change in an organisation at any time is a source of concern and stress for its employees. Supporting staff to deal with this is an important part of an employer’s responsibilities. The Aim of this workshop is to equip staff in any organisation to manage stress and boost their own resilience during times of change.
Who is the Course aimed at?
The Course is aimed at all employees who are looking to manage their stress and become more resilient when facing change and challenges.
How long is the Course?
Half a day
By the end of this session participants will be able to:
- Recognise the personal signs of stress and know what actions to take to manage it
- Identify methods for managing their stress
- Understand the importance of self care when under pressure
- Define Resilience and identify personal Resilient Thinking Strategies
