Sarah Pryce brings 30 years’ worth of experience working in the learning disability sector. She has held various front line and learning and development roles over the years and is an award winning, qualified trainer.
Sarah is an enthusiastic and skilled individual, committed to improving the quality of support for people who use services through vibrant and effective learning experiences. She has also worked in a consultative role, providing in-house support to teams looking to improve their practice.
Sarah has developed training programmes on a wide range of learning disability issues and is passionate about supporting best practice, particularly around complex communication needs. She is also a registered Makaton tutor.
Sarah consistently receives excellent feedback from learners, due to her engaging training style and is always happy to adapt her training content to suit the needs of individual customers. She is approachable and easily builds rapport and trust with customers, partner agencies, staff and people who use services.
