Paul Craven

Paul Craven has over 20 years of experience in education, specializing in learning disabilities, mental health, community education, and diversity. He has managed teams and departments focused on supported learning and disability legislation, holds qualifications in business management, education, counselling, and coaching, and is affiliated with several professional organizations. As head of the Supported Learning Department in a London College for 6 years, with a team of 35 staff – he is well aware of the issues that staff, teams and managers face in working closely with people from vulnerable sectors of the community.

Since leaving further education, Paul has utilised his experience working as a freelance trainer and consultant delivering bespoke training on the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, learning disabilities, and autism for diverse organizations including MIND, Mencap, and the Autism Education Trust
