Mary Anne Crook has an NHS Health Promotion background where she delivered training for 20 years as part of her job, taking early retirement in 2012. Now an independent trainer, she delivers Pre Retirement, Mental Health & Bereavement courses to clients in health, social services, local authorities, the voluntary sector, emergency services, housing organisations, youth organisations etc.
As well as herself experiencing early retirement, she has trained with the Pre-retirement Association of Great Britain and has delivered advice to many people planning to retire throughout the public sector.
Mary Anne is also an accredited ASIST and SafeTALK trainer, delivering internal trainings in suicide intervention skills and has developed and delivered courses on mental health awareness and stress management.
