Cathi Bouaouina is an adult care training professional with 18 years of experience working as a trainer and consultant. Her extensive experience spans hospitals, residential care homes, nursing homes and daycare services both within Social Services and the private sector.
With a solid grounding in operational issues and challenges within the residential care environment Cathi’s courses relate directly to the relevant Care Standard where applicable. As someone who has worked in many differing social care environments, Cathi has an abundance of real life work situations to draw on to bring training to life.
