Anna Marsden is a high energy, PTLLS-qualified trainer with a background of nearly 20 years training and supporting people to increase and enhance their communications. Anna’s passion for training and digital communications started at Graduate School – in San Diego, California – where she explored Lesbian Identity in Cyberspace and received the Cotton Metzger Scholarship for LGBT Students (2004). She designs and delivers LGBTQ+ awareness training and is an international speaker. Locally, following 7 years as a trustee at The Kite Trust, Anna led the re-design of its corporate training delivery service, to which she is currently an associate LGBTQ+ trainer. Anna holds an EConsultancy & Google Certificate in Digital Marketing, a Hootsuite Certificate and an ITQ in Social Media. Anna thrives on demystifying the emerging digital landscape for individuals and sharing actionable insights to support business development and growth.
