Andy Cross is an MCIPD HR consultant with a breadth and depth of HR and OD delivery through a variety of roles covering both private and public sectors. He has an in-depth knowledge of a mix of strategic and operational delivery expertise across Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Policy Development, Reward, Resourcing and Selection.
He also delivers Level 5 CIPD Diploma in HR Management and L&D CIPD diploma programmes. Via the CIPD and Local Enterprise Partnerships, he volunteers his time to schools and colleges across Merseyside and Wirral as a Business Mentor and Enterprise Adviser. Andy is an engaging and popular trainer who has a gift for making ‘dry’ topics easily digestible.
