OverviewThe focus will be on how to effectively and safely engage with perpetrators of domestic abuse. This will be addressed in part through self reflection exercises. Delegates will be invited to recognise their own personal bias and how this can impact on risk assessments. Delegates will look at some of the theory that underpins perpetrators behaviour and use this understanding to develop skills in how to start discussions with perpetrators.
