This half day module will help delegates to understand the meaning of legal duties in relation to the following throughout the individual journey: Needs (presenting, assessed, identified, eligible and non-eligible), Outcomes (personal, desired, eligibility), Care & Support and Individual wellbeing

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course delegates will be able:- 

• To understand what are needs, outcomes and Care and Support in the Care Act
• To understand our legal duties towards the different types of needs, outcomes and Care and Support in the Care Act at different stages of the individual journey. 

This module can be run standalone or as part of our other modules of Care Act and Strengths-based individual journey training programmes
