Overview
This practical course is designed to help social workers take control of their time and workload in a demanding professional environment. Participants will learn how to apply a range of prioritisation techniques, overcome procrastination, and break down complex tasks into manageable chunks. The course also covers calendar management, streamlining administrative duties, and creating protected time blocks to focus on key responsibilities. Emphasis is placed on establishing healthy boundaries to support a sustainable work/life balance. An optional module introduces participants to writing effective Copilot prompts to enhance productivity through AI tools.
