Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:-

• Understand, identify and apply key legal principles governing Human Rights assessments for young people.
• Demonstrate knowledge and identify when a Human Rights Assessment is required.
• Consider and assess the challenges and barriers relating to young people in need of Human Rights Assessments; including the impact individual needs, including social, emotional, educational, and health requirements.
• Develop good practice when undertaking  Human Assessments  with separated young people subject to immigration systems.
• Develop and evaluate appropriate next steps and planning as a result of Human Rights assessment outcomes for young people.
