Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course delegates will be able to:-

  • Access to tools to support unpicking own biases and develop self-reflexivity in the context of working with diversity, ethnicity and inclusion ​
  • A greater understanding of the intersection of identities and how these might contribute to ACEs​
  • A heightened awareness of different forms of unconscious and conscious bias and how to sensitively challenge these in own and others practice​
  • Be able to consider different ways to work more inclusively in their own practice, with reference to legislation and policy/working guidance where applicable
