It provides a clear understanding of co-production in the context of the Care Act 2014, Equality Act 2010 and CQC assessments, and explores the leadership behaviours, values and systems needed to support it in practice. Through a combination of discussion, reflection and practical activities, delegates will examine current approaches, strengthen confidence in applying co-production across projects and business-as-usual activity, and identify opportunities for improvement.
