Overview
Well informed, and properly tested decision making is essential in effective safeguarding of adults. The Safeguarding Adults Strategy meeting provides a valuable opportunity for this, and is a key part of the Safeguarding process. This course aims to equip those chairing Strategy Meetings with clarity on their role, and advice and guidance on best practice, so that the most effective safeguarding outcomes are realised.Who is Achieving Best Outcomes Safeguarding Meetings aimed at?
The course is primarily for those colleagues who may be asked to Chair Safeguarding Strategy Meetings. Additionally it will be of benefit for those colleagues who are responsible for managing those who chair meetings, or, for those who are responsible for the strategic arrangements of which Strategy Meetings are part.Course Length
