Our Talking Life Customer Portal, is your one-stop place for managing training and learner records. Designed to save you time and provide easy access to key information, the portal allows you to oversee your training activity quickly and efficiently.

Using the Customer Portal, you can:

• Book training courses, including individual delegate places and block bookings
• Manage delegate bookings, including cancelling and reinstating bookings where required.
• Add and manage delegate lists, including marking attendance lists and downloading attendance registers.
• View upcoming training sessions and add bookings directly to your personal calendar.
• Access course information, including joining links, session times, venue details, trainer information and course materials.
• Update learner details and maintain delegate information.
• Monitor attendance records, including individual attendance histories, attendance totals and attendance percentages.
• View and download certificates.
• Access training records and management reports.
• Access evaluation reports, upload your organisation’s own evaluations, or provide links to your internal evaluation system.
• Download receipts, including receipts required for LDSS funding claims.
• Export upcoming delegate bookings to CSV for further analysis and reporting
• Add purchase order references to training events
