Overview

This engaging one-day course is designed to support front line practitioners in adult social care to understand and apply co-production confidently within their day-to-day practice. Grounded in the principles of the Care Act 2014 and wider legislative context, the course explores what co-production means in practice, the values and behaviours that underpin it, and how it strengthens person-centred and strengths-based approaches.
