  • Identify and critically analyse common internal and external barriers that can impact professional relationships.
  • Critically reflect on their own position, power, and 'use of self' to foster authentic and ethical connections.
  • Develop actionable strategies for building and maintaining trust, rapport, and engagement with service users.
