Course Outline
This programme aims to give delegates the opportunity to consider service user involvement when recruiting staff. It considers the ways to support and prepare service users as interviewers and examines inclusion of service users? opinions in a way that is transparent for the prospective interviewees so that selection criteria can be used to underpin recruitment decisions.
