Managing Pressure & Maintaining Resilience
People attending this session will gain a fuller understanding of stress, how it can manifest itself and the actions we can take to counteract it.
We will also work to develop participant’s levels of assertiveness and ability to influence others whilst prioritising their current tasks.

- Risk reduction strategies – what can we do to alleviate or day-to-day stress levels?
- The warning signs – when must we really take action?
This session is appropriate for all staff members. There are no pre-requisites for this session.
