– Hypothetical framing

– Eliciting exceptions

– Developing confidence and mastery

– What to do if it doesn’t work

– Working within the trans-theoretical model of change

– Unwilling clients

– Ambivalent clients

– Client’s belief about change

– Role play – putting it all into practice!
