Report Writing (Children)

Course Outline

This course will provide delegates with the skills and outlines to be an effective record keeper and report writer and also looks at why records need to be recorded and the areas that are challenging. Delegates will look at how it feels to have no control over information and to explore boundaries of confidentiality and recording and the impact it has on them.

– Developed further their knowledge and skills in recording factual and accurate information. Within this attendees will experience how others interpret their information and have the opportunity to reflect on how they can improve their practice.

– Considered the boundaries of confidentiality and recording and be clearer of what should be recorded.

– Gained further guidance and tools in sharing recording with service users in an open and transparent way.
