James Burn has been working in social care for 20 years in almost all areas of children’s social work. He is an Independent Social Worker/expert witness and qualified trainer. He has previously been a Child Protection Chair, Team Manager and ParentAssess advisory board member. In addition, he has worked helping Local Authorities improve their practice, systems and processes. He has delivered training to over 30 Local Authorities and to CAFCASS, parenting assessment centres, barristers/solicitors and more.
James is an experienced public speaker and as such has excellent communication skills which make him an entertaining and engaging trainer.
