This 2 day management and leadership training programme is designed for all those new or recently appointed to management. This can include managers, team leaders, supervisors and department/section managers, in fact anyone who is now expected to manage, supervise or direct staff. Using a mixture of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), alongside proven managerial and life skills, the participant has a wealth of resources that can be used on a daily basis to enhance confidence, ability and proficiency.
– This 2 day programme introduces theories of leadership and management and gives the participant the skills to lead their team and manage themselves.
