CONFLICT AND STRESS are recognised as a particular problem amongst healthcare professionals in a health service which is becoming increasingly demanding. Dealing with and supporting patients is increasing challenging; working with some colleagues in this environment can also present special difficulties. This seminar is designed to offer practical advice and coping strategies to all those working in today's healthcare environment.

His illustrations have been published in Private Eye and been featured in dozens of other publications and books.
